En effet, chaque ann\u00e9e, la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises effectuent des entretiens de performance annuels. Ceux-ci peuvent avoir par ailleurs, une appellation diff\u00e9rente comme entretiens individuels annuels\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aussi, tous les deux ans, chaque entreprise a obligation depuis 2014, d\u2019effectuer pour chaque salari\u00e9, des entretiens dit professionnels.
